How to detect the best software to attract traffic to your blog

I am puzzled .Are you too? Every day you browse your  cell .You find yourself surrounded by a lot many faces. Some are known. Some are unknown. But they all are your well-wishers. They want to help you .They wish to increase your business. They send audios and videos to convince you. But how can you be sure of success with all of them? Or are you going to buy all of them and take the risk of wasting your money ? Or are you going to select one of them and try your luck?
1.Start with less expensive tools
You are a newbie .You are in a fix to buy something very costly. You have to be budget-friendly. You wish to sell your blogs and you are not in a position to spend a heavy amount on all these tools and techniques. So first , you should search and find out the less expensive tool which can serve your purpose.
2.Compare the outputs shown in the video
Each and every video describes the increasing and decreasing ratio of the business. Just compare them and then select the best one.
3.Select the payment –mode cautiously
There are many methods of paying the money online. There are Credit cards. There are Master cards. There are Visa cards. Choose one of them which suits you best.
4.Listen to the stories carefully
All these videos have the stories which are usually about the buyers. These are their success stories . These stories mostly deal with the achievements of the buyers and the same old details of making money through these gadgets. Try to get connected with your colleagues and know about the veracity of these tools.
5.Select from the trial periods
Every day you get a number of mails. They ask you to buy their product. They challenge theirs   is the best. They offer trial  - period which is free of cost. Select the one which matches with the cost .A three-day trial would be less expensive. A week’s trial would be more than that .And a month’s trial , no doubt ,would be high-priced.
Now if you are keen to create a web-site of your own , you must go through all these rigorous stages. After all, you are also going to sell your blogs.
Sailing in the same boat, eh?

Five tips to prevent losing your mind on overweight

Last month, my daughter paid a visit to me. She looked sick and had lost the glow on her face. Her skinny figure had made her less attractive and her diet was all restricted .What had happened to her? Was she suffering from some fatal disease or was she going through some critical mental trauma?
I felt tormented. Then I had a brainstorm but could not get the answer to any of these questions. Finally, after much investigation, I came to know that she had spent a lot of her time and money on losing her weight.
Was she overweight?
 No .
Did she look ugly with a bulging belly?
Never.
Then what made her think like that?
None other than the trend of losing her mind on overweight.
How did it happen?
It happened like this that one of her acquaintances had cast a glance over her body and made a jibe over her figure.
Now , what were the consequences?
She lost her temper, fought with him and joined the gym.
 And what was next?
She was striving with low appetite, shrunken cheeks and   eyes in dark hollows.
After listening to her story it seemed that you must apply your brain before you decide to follow the trend. It is quite but natural that you all feel crazy about your appearance. Especially girls who are in their teens are always apprehensive about their looks and figures. They skip their breakfasts. They skip their lunches. They follow a particular diet .After sometime; they suffer from low pressure and malnutrition. These two vital causes lead to fatal diseases and the victim feels helpless.
Keep a track of your weight and height
Every individual has a specific body- weight and height. The constitution of your body can be strong or weak but your body- weight should tally with your height. If you are twenty three years old and are five feet seven inches tall and your body weight is 120lbs, you are perfectly all right. But if you have the same height and age and you wish to weigh 110lbs that is not at all good for your health. So, always try to keep a track of your height, age and weight.
Eat healthy, but don’t be on diet
You must eat a balanced diet. You must eat lots of nutritious foods .Fruits are very good for health. So eat them vigorously. But never be on a diet. Then the immunity system of your body would stop working and you can be easily trapped by some unknown health hazards.
Never skip breakfast or lunch
Most of the figure-conscious men and women skip their breakfasts and lunches. They think they can lose their weight by doing so. This is totally a wrong notion for them and if you are not suffering from obesity, why do you bother for skipping your breakfast or lunch?
Drink more water and less soft drink
Drink as much water as possible because water is very essential for health. Avoid taking soft drinks which have a high calorie of sugar. But that does not mean you should never drink those Colas .Just drink as much as your health permits .
Do exercise but within limits
Exercise is the best way to keep yourself fit and fine. Walking is a good exercise. You can walk in the morning. You can walk in the evening. If you wish, you can join a gym too. But don’t overdo the exercises which can be hazardous for your health.
Hope you haven’t lost your mind .  Dieting? Skipping your lunch?Skipping your breakfast or dinner? Or going crazy over Cross trainer or Tread mill? Just feel free and don’t lose your mind on overweight. Hold on to the five tips and feel free to be on cloud nine.

The Saga of the bengali Bride-contd.

The Arrival of the Newborn
We left Chennai and reached Patna. We started living with our family members. It was a large family. My  mother-in-law, my father-in-law ,two brothers-in law, three  sisters-in-law and their children---all loved me and I never felt lonely and enjoyed their company .I got all their support when my daughter was born. My mother –in-law and my sisters –in-law did everything for me .The void created by my mother’s death was replaced by their care and share .My daughter grew up in the different shades of affection but the strings of joy got distorted all of a sudden.  My daughter fell ill. She suffered  from severe stomach-aches and the doctors could not diagnose the cause of her ailment. One of them advised to stop giving her the mother’s milk. The other advised her to feed varieties of formula -milk. My mother-in-law always opposed stopping the mother’s milk .But my husband would not listen to any one and asked me to stop feeding her. She was always sick. Her diet was restricted and my husband would never allow her to take allopathic medicines and would bank on the homoeopathic medicines, mostly prescribed by my father. However , she used to get well but frequently she used to suffer from dyspepsia.  She was restricted from eating delicacies and at the very small age she was deprived from enjoying the chocolates or cakes or puddings or all the special dishes, prepared on the  occasion of a birthday or wedding.

Sitamarhi-A Soulful Retreat for Nature- Lovers

This year the scorching heat of summer had left us numb and we could not reject the offer of visiting Sitamarhi, a spot blessed with the cool surroundings of greenery.
1.Mythological importance
Situated on the banks of Ganges near Allahabad(,U.P.India),Sitamarhi  owes  its tourist importance to the Hindu mythology. The mythology tells us about  the story of Rama, the Avatar and his wife, Sita, the embodiment of chastity and sacrifice. Rama and Sita were happily married and were made for each other. But the curses of  Naradamuni in Rama’s previous life had predestined their separation and they were sent to  exile  for fourteen years. During this period, Sita had been kidnapped by Ravana, the tyrant of Lanka. With the help of Hanuman and the army of monkeys,  Rama ,the noted icon for ideal conduct and high morals, recovered Sita  from the clutches of Ravana and tried to keep his chin up when Sita ‘s chastity was questioned by the public. Once more he sent Sita back to exile and his two sons, Luv and Kush were born in the forest under the full divine protection. By the twist of destiny ,Rama met his two sons and his dear wife while conducting Ashwamedh  yajnya .Saint Valmiki introduced his sons to him and asked him to take his beloved wife back with him. But Rama, swayed by the comments of his subjects ,refused to accept her and asked for one more trial of her chastity. Sita became too much upset and felt insulted. She prayed to Mother Earth for refuge .Mother Earth listened to her prayers and erupted. Sita went inside the Earth. Rama, stunned by the incident, tried to hold her back but could not .
2.Religious vein
As the place refers to the same spot where Sita had entered into the earth ,it has a religious fervor. Many pilgrims visit this place and worship the Idol of Sita . The beautiful idol is made of plaster of Paris and is showcased inside the glass cage in a big hall. Pilgrims offer their sacrifices and take rest , sitting on the marble floor. There are few more temples of Lord Shiva and Lord Hanuman .The huge statue of Hanuman with a club in his hand is visible  from far away. The restaurant in the campus has varieties of Indian cuisines and others too. The pilgrims and the tourists feel at ease after performing the puja and soothe their palates with different types of foods and drinks. The restaurant has a similar appearance of an old hut with a queer design of bamboo railings. The huge trees with cool shades and resting places under them steal all your fatigue and stress. The lovely ambience with a lake nearby which meets the Ganges and the boating facility can extend sheer bliss to the people suffering from the hectic turmoil of their busy schedule.
3.Communication:
The place is not very far from Varanasi .It can be a three hours joyride in a car or a bus. But if you wish to travel by train, you have to take a train for either Varanasi or Allahabad and from there you can enjoy the trip to Sitamarhi which is also known as Sita –Samahit- temple or Sita Samahit Sthal.

Five Benefits of replacing “Performance Management” with “Engagement Review “

The old concept of “Performance Management” is now outdated .Recently the concept of “Engagement Review” is in vogue. Performance Management is based on the performance of the employee. The employee can be judged by his target production and periodical report about the progress and development of his company. But this is only based on the objective approach of the employee and like a robot, the employee rushes to complete his target and yearns for the promotion he is due. But Engagement Review is done to know the true feelings of the employee who can bet his heart and soul for the benefit of the company. Companies need employees who are dedicated to their service and are basically attached to the company they are working for. The concept of “Engagement Review” has a large and wide perspective.
1.A trusting bond
The Engagement Review can delve deep into the soul of the employee and can build a trusting bond between the employer and the employee. The employee can feel at home and can never discriminate the company as a separate entity. The Engagement Review is a subjective approach towards the betterment of the employee’s future. The employee can devote wholeheartedly to the development of the company which he works in.
2.Values updated
By implementing Engagement Review, the employee can feel more dedicated towards his work. The selfless service would be more beneficial for the company and the employee can feel free to devote all his zeal and stamina to improve the conditions .The path of progress would be strewn with flowers for the employer and the employee both. With honest, sincere and diligent approach, the employee can get the reward he aspires for.
3.An assessment of the employee’s attachment
Performance management can be assessed by the targets achieved and the feedbacks about the development of the project. This is highly materialistic and people opt for any means to achieve the end. But Engagement review would throw light on the character of the person and recommend his personal attributes and attachment to his company.
4.A measurement of the employee's loyalty
The employee would feel loyal to his company as the review would boost him emotionally to work for the company. He would feel emotionally bound to work for the betterment of the company .Intellect added with emotional bond would offer more strength and stamina to the worker. He would hardly think of quitting his job and would like to improve his strengths.
5.A threshold to better performance
Engagement Review would offer a moral support which is very essential for progress. The employee can even involve his family for the prospect of his company as he gets emotionally bound to serve the company.  Performance Appraisal is, no doubt, are  very effective, but along with that Engagement Review can do wonders. The targets have to be covered. The reports have to be submitted. But the sincerity and honesty with the emotional fervor would fetch laurels to the company if Engagement Review is   there to spark off the restrained vigor and strength of the worker.

Nine strokes to rear a child

We all talk tall about getting ourselves educated. Education, as we know, equips us with certain privileges and teaches us to contribute to the society which we live in. But what do we mean by Contribution? Does it mean something materialistic like helping someone or some organization financially? Or does it mean something spiritual like spreading peace and harmony throughout the world by doing something good for the society? There are certain facts which are relevant to focus the meaning of Contribution.
1.Education
Our education starts from our family and parents play a major role there. Children love their parents from the core of their heart. They admire them and imitate each and every action of their parents. But after sometime they also judge them. Every parent wants his child to be successful and success , in the contemporary set-up, implies material possessions and social recognition. So the parents ,mostly force their children to lose their way in the congested traffic of the breathless generation .A child can choose from the options given to him but selection of options needs guidance. A child is like a ship without a compass and the voyage may end in disaster. So the parents must brace themselves for the insecurity of their child being overstressed and feeling paralyzed to keep pace with the fast-moving world .They should justify the ends and the means as nwell.
2.End and means
The question of end and means has long been debated through the ages. A character in a novel by Anatole France said that if the path is strewn with flowers, he would never care for the destination. Machiavelli thought that the end justifies the means. Mahatma Gandhi’s   opinion, on the other hand, was that if the means is not good, the end, however profitable, cannot be good. In the Bible, we have the saying “What profit do you have if you gain the whole world and lose your own soul?”This question has to be considered by the parent who seeks success for his child.
3.Success  versus happiness
Now what do we mean by success? Is it earning bucks in billions? Is it rejoicing over owning several cars or several houses? Is it being the most powerful person in the world? Or is it getting name and fame all over the world and being a celebrity? To me, success is something which leads to a happy contented life .Discontent is the main hurdle in the path of success. If we are happy with the minimum gadgets which can provide us a comfortable life and can fulfill our basic needs, why should we bother for more and more? So while bringing up their children, the parents must try to plant the seeds of contentment in their children so that they can sprout up in a better world without keeping up with Joneses.
4.Self-discipline
While rearing the child, parents must practice self-discipline so that the child can also be disciplined .If the parent himself is a drug-addict, how can he expect his child to be normal? Imitation is the best way of admiration, they say. The child admires his parent and would repeat doing whatever he finds his father doing. The parents should get rid of all the bad habits before they expect their children to behave. They have to make sacrifices and practice self-discipline in guiding the child correctly.
5.School
After family, the child gets his education from the school he joins. In school, he is externally educated. He acquires knowledge about the vast world. For this the school management and the teachers play a major role in his life. The school management must follow a better curriculum to quench the child’s thirst for knowledge. Instead of minting money in the name of spreading education, the management should thrust a practical approach to education. The child must get involved in the learning process. Workshops for the teachers must be arranged for the continuous improvement and development in the teaching methods .However, the management must look at the soothing environment provided to the teachers. The workshops must not be held on the holidays. The school management should divide the teachers into groups and hold the seminars and workshops on school-days only.
6.Curriculum
The school must follow a curriculum which can pave the way for all-round development of a child. Every individual is not a photocopy of the other one. He or she has some distinction and hidden talent to distinguish himself or herself from the other individual. The school must see to it and help in deciding the right path the child should opt for. The child may not be good at Mathematics, but is superb in graphics. The school must be equipped with all the facilities to provide teaching varieties of subjects. The strength of the students of the school may be less , but the quality must not be compromised.
7.Teacher
The link between the child and the school is the teacher who becomes the icon for the child throughout his life. The interaction between a child and a teacher fills the vacuum about the vast universe in the child’s mind. So the teacher must be friendly in his or her approach so that the child can unravel the mystery of this world with the help of the teacher, without any fear .The teacher who is strict yet affectionate can win the child’s heart. He or she must come down to the level of the child and help him or her to solve the problem.
8.Values
Earning a livelihood is not the only motto of a child .The parents and the teachers must bring forth the eternal values and see that the child is able to overcome all the hurdles in his /her life with a positive attitude .Above all he/she should be a good human being who can reach his goals without hurting others and can be sincere and honest to his rights and duties.
9.Self-confidence
Without self –confidence, everything is going to be a flop. So everyone who is concerned about the child should inspire him for betterment and motivate him for a better perspective. The child should get chances to improve because success is like the sweet nectar ,if achieved can quench our thirst in a minute and if not can let ourselves toil for years to get a sip.
After  going through all these steps, a child becomes a full-fledged man to contribute to the society he lives in and if he is able to adhere to all the good qualities of life like tolerance ,compassion and honesty , he can spread the message of peace and harmony all over the world without any selfish ends.
